Shipping & Pickup:

Orders can be picked up in Munich or shipped within Germany and across Europe. Shipping costs will be communicated upfront before you complete your purchase.

Lead Times:

Custom orders typically take a few weeks, depending on size and complexity. A clear estimated delivery or pickup date will always be provided before production begins.

Returns & Exchanges:

Custom-made pieces are non-returnable.
Ready-made pieces can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Items should be returned in their original condition.
